Our Aims

With the ever-changing financial situation in the UK, not helped recently by the Covid-19 pandemic, many individuals and families are struggling to meet their basic needs. 

We simply want to offer a little help to those who may be facing difficult choices without any support.

We have set up a simplified application process to ensure support reaches those in need as soon as possible.  

The application process

1. You complete the short online application

2. We call you and collect additional information on the phone

3. You provide documentary evidence via email
(in complex cases a home visit may be required)

4. You get a decision either instantly or within 24 hrs

Our services our open to anyone over 18 who is facing an emergency crises and needs assistance.

As Muslims we have a responsibility to ensure that those struggling here in the UK are supported. Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said, "He is not a believer whose stomach is filled while his neighbor goes hungry.”

We are currently dealing with cases within 72 hrs (3 days).

No. This is a strictly confidential service. We are not affiliated or funded by any organisation or government department. Your private information is used strictly for the purpose of determining your eligibility for help.

This can vary depending on the circumstances. We can help with supermarket vouchers, cash grants and debt payments.

This can vary depending on circumstances. Our grants can vary between £20 - £1000. In some cases we may consider a higher level of support. Please remember this is about emergency support, we cannot provide long term financial assistance.
